ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND ON NEWBORNS?

The essential oils used in the Organik Babee range have been specifically chosen for their benefits towards babies and children, our qualified chemist and research team have formulated the range to ensure the ratios are safe for use on babies.  Being certified by Australian Certified Organic also means that our essential oils used are 100% organic certified and of the highest quality.  If you have further questions or concerns about the use of essential oils please seek the advice of a qualified aromatherapist.

I AM CONCERNED ABOUT NUT ALLERGIES; CAN I STILL USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Some of our products contain organic Jojoba Oil and Shea Butter, both are a nut derivate.  If your baby has been diagnosed with a tree nut allergy we recommend seeking the advice of a healthcare professional before using our products.

DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

We do not participate in animal testing. As a company that is certified by Australian Certified Organic our products are known to be cruelty-free as the Australian Certified Organic Standard prohibits animal testing.  Some Organik Babee products contain certified organic Ligurian Honey & Beeswax which are animal by-products.

WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?

We use PayPal Australia.  PayPal is known for its industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a copy of your receipt/transaction.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Please select products carefully when ordering as we do not offer an exchange of goods. Report any order discrepancies to hello@theorganikco.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. For a full list of terms, please refer to our Returns Policy.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ITEM, WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We know it’s exciting when you order online, but it does take time to get to you.  For Australia wide shipping please allow 1 – 2 days handling time.  Shipping can take up to 10 days.  The shipping times are an estimate only provided by our freight company.  If you wish to have your order sent express please email hello@theorganikco.com.au and we can look at additional charges for express shipping.
